Great products!

This is an important non-essential amino acid. Excellent for post workout and also good for Hair and nails to be strong. I have read some stuff about being good for leaky gut syndrome. There are many different brands out there but this is one of very few that is pure vegetarian. I have heard that many of the others are made from laboratory processed duck feathers. Do not know how true that is.L-Glutamine is good for post workout, keeps one from getting muscle sore. I would come home from the gym and put a level teaspoon (about 4 grams) in juice or such and drink it. Kept me from getting sore.It has no flavor. Just stir it up in your veggie juice.

One of the best quality L-Glutamine supplement. With the serving size package and price point, this will be a great addition to your fitness training as i's core benefit is to help with recovery. To maximize it, take it after workout along with your post-workout protein shake. Depending on your budget, you could also add a serving in before bed.

I take this with my prework out so I cannot attest for the taste or performance. I'm someone that like to see scientific results and there isn't too much backing this stuff up but psychologically it may work. I started taking this about 4 months in to my working out regime. I did notice less soreness but could just be my workout regime has not been intense enough. Overall I would recommend it as an affordable supplement.

I've been using Glutamine supplements for a while now, and find it makes a real difference in my recovery time, especially as I get older. This particular type is good quality and mixes relatively well (glutamine does not, in general, suspend well in a water solution). As a particular bonus to buying from DNC, you get great customer service. My order was delayed due to supply issues, and I was really impressed with how the DNC folks contacted me via phone and email to advise me of the delay. They included some very generous samples in the box when it finally arrived to compensate me for the trouble. The customer service was first-rate and I'll go out of my way to buy from them in the future.

I didn't notice a significant difference when I started taking it but I stop taking for a couple of weeks and noticed that some days I get bloated when eating after excercise and it seems that it takes a bit longer for me to recover. It is not a huge difference without it but it definitely helps, especially in those cases when you need to do some endurance workout or be ready for the next day.
