This set has saved my gums. My gums were swollen, bleeding and sensitive. I was told brush more often and floss floss floss. This was so painful to do even with your common "soft" toothbrush. Using pulling oil has been a new experience for me. I was impressed by the taste and texture - not offensive at all, but really different from toothpaste. My teeth are getting whiter and my gums feel much better. Company is good to deal with also!

I saw this product on TikTok, so I thought I try it out. Honestly, it doesn’t have the best of flavor. It is an oil base so it just feels like you are swishing oil through your teeth, so it is a very bland flavor. It however, has whitened my teeth quite a bit and my teeth overall are less sensitive since I started using this product. I can now drink more coffee, it pulls the stains out petty well. Overall would recommend.

I’ve been oil pulling for a few months now. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the health of my mouth in general, my teeth and gums feel better.
