A few months ago I was clinically diagnosed with Hashimotos. Ever since then I was having a hard time eating foods because everything and I mean EVERYTHING except liquids hurt my gut. I started off with one packet a day before a meal and consumed it without water and I was amazed how pleasant it tasted (like powdered candy). What amazed me even more, was how quickly it worked. I am using this for a few days now and have increased to 2x a day and my stomach feels so much different. No longer do I have to fear eating fruits, vegetables, carbs or starches which contributed to horrible stomach cramps and pain. I love this product so much I went ahead and ordered a 90day supply to go with my other supplements to treat my leaky gut. I have been looking for a power type of probiotics because I have a hard time swallowing the pills.I had a bit concerned about the taste because most of the power-type supplement doesn't taste good.However, this changed my stereotype. It actually tastes really good! The taste is like soda/bubblegum.Not only does it have good taste but also it works for me! It helps me go to the bathroom easier.This is added to my daily supplement and I am loving it! and I trust this brand because I believe this is made by a well-known company in Korea that has a long history.

I love this prebiotic/probiotic! I add it to my water bottle in the am and pm. No weird aftertaste! Not sure how but my am blood sugar is ACTUALLY normal after being elevated for no apparent reason for 7 years. I watched a video where a doctor suggested that I incorporate both prebiotics and probiotics but his merchandise was too expensive. I searched on Amazon and after reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to buy. I am so happy that i did. I love that it's in a packet so it's fresh each and every time I open it and I can throw some in my purse and have them whenever I want one. In addition to my blood sugar decrease I have lost 4 pounds. I'm not doing anything different but taking 2 packets a day. I'm ordering more today!

Good product

I was looking for lactobacillus as a late-term pregnant woman. At that time, my friend recommended this product. The friend, who was suffering from constipation, said he got much better after taking this product. So I chose this product, too.As a result of taking this every day, I could clearly feel my intestines feel very relaxed. I have been using this product for 2 months now. I heard that there are many cases of suffering from constipation even after childbirth. However, as a result of taking this product steadily, I felt comfortable without taking constipation pills separately. So I also gave this product to my mom and husband.Also, since I don't like pills, this product was easier to take than pills.If anyone is worried about a long problem, I highly recommend this product.

I recommend this product especially for women.I have been suffering from constipation for a long time, especially before menstruation. Constipation makes my skin worse and bloated.I bought this product and ate it every day on an empty stomach with warm water as soon as I woke up in the morning.I felt more comfortable than before and was able to go to the bathroom easily.This product is in powder form and it is delicious, so it was easy to eat and it was nice to be able to eat it one by one easily.I plan to continue to use this product! :)

In the product description it does not show the other ingredients. I added them so others could see. They are not good and nothing I would want to put in my body. They should be listed so people can decide if they want to purchase. Stuck with a product I'm not happy with.

I have chronic constipation. I have tried so many ways but none of ways worked for me. Even though there are so many good reviews, I just bought this probiotics without any expectation as usually I do.I took it every day before going to bed at night. Usually, I tried other probiotics with yogurt because of tasty, however, I could try this probiotics itself without yogurt's help. It has good taste. I was taken aback. I only took it for a week (so far) and I realized I am starting fresh morning (my constipation resolved). Finally, I think I found the most effective probiotics in my life. I will keep using this.
