It's good looking, comfortable, sturdy and though comfortable now I can tell it will improve with age instead of becoming too soft when broken in. Be warned thet you have to attach the feet. It's simple though. I wasn't thrilled with the delivery. The guy just dropped on the porch and ran. Didn't even offer to help get it in the door. That's something Ashley should work on.

The only reason it’s 4 stars is because I found the feet of the couch incredibly difficult to install. There were no guide holes marked and premeasuring is difficult because of the design. That said, now that it’s put together I LOVE IT! Very comfy and stylish, goes great in my small apartment.

Nice couch!

The faux leather actually looks pretty nice and is soft to the touch. It sits a little firm but the design of the arms makes laying on it comfortable. Delivery service was professional. They did try to upgrade us to “white glove”service but didn’t pressure us in any way when we declined. That meant we had to put the feet on ourselves which was easy. It took several weeks to get but was delivered as promised. Overall my mother is very happy with her small “sofa”.

I personally loved the loveseat it soft, cushy, comfortable. First I waited a month for delivery my appointment time kept changing. Secondly the legs aren’t attached and you don’t have the holes do connect them. Thirdly, the couch arrive damage it had a small tear on the back with the wood broken good thing about this is when I call Amazon they were quick to help me out to get a replacement but for some reason it wouldn’t go through, so what they wound up doing was issuing me a full refund And I got to keep the piece of furniture to donate or doorway or do whatever I want to read it. Kind of sad that my front of a broken cause I really liked it but I don’t know if I want to wait a whole other month for Losey so I think I’m just gonna find something different , but I’m glad that Amazon came through and they rectified the situation.

I bought the three cushion sofa four years ago and not a scratch or tear on it still looks like new. So now four years later I bought the two cushion loveseat to match and they look lovely together couldn’t be happier.

It is beautiful, comfortable and is just the right size for my small apartment (I also have a sofa) and I am thrilled with it!!!

The couches arrived without the legs on. There were 2 wood screws for each leg that had a long narrow opening to fit the screw down into. I couldn't screw the screws in directly, so I tried to drill a hole but my drill bit broke. I used a pencil to mark the spots and instead pounded in a nail (a little smaller than the screws) and then pulled it out. The first leg was a little slow to figure out, but I got faster with each leg (8 total on 2 couches). If that was the only problem I wouldn't be writing this review. Since my wife didn't have to do any of this she was very happy with the couches. However, we've only had the couches a couple of weeks and the side arm cushion stuffing started to come out. It turns out the stuffing is held in by a zipper and the zipper is broken (in front and in back of the zipper piece). I took a picture to show how it only connects where the slider part is. The stuffing won't last long in this condition. My wife isn't happy anymore and wants it fixed or replaced. I told her not likely as it is really heavy and no one's going to do anything with the corona virus around. I told her I would put duct tape over the opening to hold in the stuffing. That works for me, but not so much for my wife. If I knew all of this before hand I would have gone with a different couch, so I thought I would give a warning to others.
