Does the job nicely
This works well and supports the longer work pieces nicely. I used it on an Axminster AC305WL lathe with no problem.

Good quality
Great addition to my lath working on a fairly large project at the moment and this steady rest fits my lathe bed perfectly although my lathe is quite old now. Would highly recommend.
