This stuff works! My dog has been attacked three times so I bought this to deter any others. A spray next to a dog from my other spray has stopped one other dog but they could get too close for comfort. Today a very aggressive pit bull got out and charged us. A side shot didn’t slow it down so while the dog was still well over 6’ away I had to spray his face. As much as I hate the idea of hurting the dog having it hurt me and mine is worse. He stopped dead in his tracks and ran back to his yard to rub his orange face in the grass. The dye is great since you are able to see where it hit!At least the owner didn’t scold me, but the owner also ignored his poor dog, the reason it had a chance to charge us in the first place.If this can stop a very aggressive pit bull from its prey (my dog) then I’m sure it’ll stop a person or bear. Nice small size and light in weight, 4 1/4 inches tall 1 1/2 inches wide. Purchased this for when I go hiking. Easily clips onto belt or top of pants or belt loop when not wearing a belt. The safety top is good to prevent accidental spay but does not interfere with use when needed. Read the product description to understand the product better.

I travel on the road 5 days a week, i carry a side arm, but lethal is the last choice. I prefer the Gel, so if I need to use it there no blow back at me. I have used this on dogs, goats, and even the Bull in my own pasture. Literally, it saved my life against a 2800lbs bull intent on goring me to death.

Larger than expected. Seems to be heavy duty. Seems to be well constructed. Haven't had a need to use as yet. 4 pack good price. If needed seems to be easy to use.

Exactly what was ordered, received very quickly!

I like that the lift up top protects it from spraying when not in use. It also protects from leaking with most of the usual pepper spray sliding control. Just lift it up with your finger and push the sprayer. It sprays out a good distance so you can be further away from whatever danger is approaching. I also got the cloth and Velcro carrier that attaches to my dog leash handle. Or to your belt loop. We were attacked by a golden retriever last year, my dog’s face was split open. If I’d had the pepper spray with me, it would’ve ended with him safe. So I bought the cloth carrier and more spray.
