I have (or pay for!) auburn hair. I've tried all kinds of root touch-ups, but I was never happy with the results until I found this brand. It sprays on easily and does a great job blending. The downside is that the canister doesn't last long and it's pricey. Having said that...it's a perfect product for root touch-ups.

I liked the product, but I found that the spray was difficult to use. The spray nozzle does not disperse the product evenly. This results in not a perfect cover-up and a waste of the root touch-up. That said, the product covers gray hair well, and when paired with the Style Edit Root Touch-up pencil, assures you extra time between colors.

This product worked nicely when I tried it the first time but a month later without warning, it just blobbed out like it had a clog! It dripped on the neck of the can. I had kept the lid on tight and there was no sign of any spray from the 1st use. Very disappointing-I had this product in a larger size a few years ago and it had a small tube extending from the nozzle which worked well. Not so with the small can!

I started getting gray hair at a very young age and it progressed quickly. I dye my hair on a regular basis, but my hair also grows very fast and the new gray hair appears within 2-3 weeks of dying. The part in my hair in the front is especially gray and when the new hair grows in, it becomes blatantly obvious that I have A LOT of gray. I hate having to dye my hair so often as I don't believe it's healthy for my hair to do so. I found this travel size of medium brown on sale with a coupon. I gave it a try and I LOVE this stuff!! It blended perfectly with my hair! It's not sticky or heavy and it doesn't come off on my hands (once it's dry). There is a learning curve to spraying the right amount at the right distance if you're just trying to get your hairline around your face. I have sprayed too close and/or missed the area I was aiming for and hit my forehead instead. Just a damp paper towel and it wipes right off, no issues! My only wish would for it to not be so expensive.
