This scooter is great, even tho it only really gets up to about mph, and the battery life is not as advertised, it's still one of the best all around scooters out there. Plenty of speed, plenty of battery, and everything works great! I have about 400 miles on it, no problems

Can’t ride it if it won’t turn on. Had to trace the wiring and found poor connections, wires not connected. This was purchased for a special needs adult that does not drive a car and uses a scooter for commuting to work. Safety and quality assurance should be a priority for you. Not something a buyer needs to take care of after the fact. UPDATE After connecting the few wires that were not connected when delivered, the scooter is working well. I waited to update the post to be sure things stayed in good working order-which they have. Seller has been kind, responsive and has good communication. They offered a small refund for the trouble of having to make the repairs when it arrived which is appreciated. The scooter structure is sturdy and supports very well a 6’1” man that’s built like a line backer. It’s used to commute 4 miles round trip daily-rain or shine. Hoping this one will last for a long time!

Love the scooter! It’s exactly what I wanted and I get comments on it everywhere I go. The only issue I had is 1 of 2 of the battery chargers doesn’t work so I have to swap the ports around when charging.

Got a flat tire and is extremely difficult to change

I’ve had the scooter for about a week now. It came within a week of ordering. Arrived mostly assembled, just needed to attach the handle bars and accessories. It is easy enough to carry around as needed. It is super fun. I’m 6’1” and about 300lbs. Max speed is around 38mph…plenty fast. Today I did a 25 mile trip- battery is about dead. It may be able to get close to 40 on flat, highly doubt it could get more distance. The nice part is there are several settings to cap the speed. There are 3 speeds(using modes) and 4 speeds using (single/dual motor button) and (eco/turbo) button. On lowest setting max speed is 10mph. I keep it on dual/eco and it does about 25mph easy. It does well up hills, surprisingly well. I took it “off road”. It does great- almost scary. I was doing 18mph on dirt with rocks- it would go faster than I wanted to try. Overall glad I bought it. Charging does take several hours, over night no problem.

Only goes 35mph

This scooter isn’t to good 1- not to stable 2- the folding arm no good 3- the base in the front where the folding arm rest breaks easy not strong 4- service is not to good I am still waiting for another one they said they was going. To send Don’t like not to strong

So I will say this is a very fun, pretty fast for an electric scooter. Bought to take over for commuting on an island. So far so good, and I wouldn’t say that It’s cheaply made the fenders are about the only thing cheap on it, everything else is solid. that solar guy can go fly a kite probably someone from that company with such a short response. The only thing that didn’t work are the turn signals on the headlights but will reach out to the manufacturer on this.
