Unfortunately these are quite sharp on all sides and extremely uncomfortable - gave it one shot and my daughter complained immediately that they were uncomfortable ("scratching my head") so tossed the lot into the bin.

Why are these so expensive at the store? I have no idea! And I'm never buying them again because I just bought this huge pack for a very reasonable price. They're durable and worked perfectly well. I love the color. I have never seen this color in the store either and it matches my hair. Great! The grip is good. It lasts all day. Honestly, what more could you want from these clips? They're lightweight. They're pretty thin, but man do they work!

Bought these to make special clips for a project and found that not only are they great functionally, but they bond well with hobby glue if you want to make them more interesting. No flaky residue so far either which is a huge plus with these clips.
