Our dishwasher wouldn't drain and had an OE error code. I checked for clogs in all the tubes and there were none. A YouTube video showed that it was probably the pump, which looked pretty easy to replace, so I bought one through Amazon. It arrived same day and I had it in place in about 5 minutes! Now the machine is running great!

Bought this replacement part for my LG dishwasher because it was a third of the cost of the branded part. You def get what you pay for. After the part failed I inspected the product manufacturing and found defects in the cast, which ultimately cause the leaking when the hot water cycles through. The installation was easy and start forward, but stick with the branded parts and def get the product insurance!

Came back to winter home to get de error code. Heard and saw wimpy effort to drain machine. Relatively easy to replace (pulled from cabinet and propped 2 front feet with soup cans). All you need is a pliers and a towel. Happy to save on repairman.

I received an OE error on my dishwasher. After checking all the hoses and finding no kink or clog, we decided to replace the pump ourselves. The part fit and works perfectly. It saved us a lot of money ordering it here rather than from LG directly or having LG repair it. The dishwasher now runs so quiet, like it is new!

It works great! I just laid my dishwasher on it’s back and the repair only took a couple minutes. The hardest part was reinstalling the brackets that stabilize the dishwasher with to the countertop (nothing to do with this item, just a necessary part of any dishwasher repair). I’m exceptionally pleased with this product and with how quickly I received it. Dishwasher works like a champ again.

I like that it was easy to install however after only 3 dishwashing cycles in the last several weeks my wife walked out into the kitchen and got her feet soaking wet. Carpet in kitchen drenched.. looked under dishwasher and new pump leaking bad!! My return window closed 3 days ago approximately. Who do I call or contact for a replacement that works like it should!!

Housing leaks. I ended up swapping out the original housing with the original o ring and it seems to be working which is why I give this 2 stars. Honestly, if I were to do it again, I'd buy the OEM part from the LG store. This is my second cheap amazon LG dishwasher pump in a week and I don't think it was worth the hassle.
