If every toothbrush works, you actually do get the cover all two surfaces from top to bottom.
This is basically a really great product but sometimes I’ll get one toothbrush that does not work.

I got one of the brushes broke
It is sad that I finally found the replacement brushes and on on them is cracked at the back. I am returning it.
