Baught this for my church, its works so good! We got the 60+ cup size and its keeps it warm all day with no issue, and the filter is so easy to clean and reuse.

This Coffee maker is great and perfect for what we needed. It was bought to use during conferences and office meetings and it exceeded our expectations. The size is great, it was large enough for our conference of about 80 people. It is nice and sturdy and easy to assemble and clean as well. The coffee remained hot for hours as well. Recommend it for sure.

We bought this large coffee percolator last year, and used it for church get togethers. It does percolate on the slow side, so it needs a lot of time to "do it's thing". We loved it until just a week or so ago when it stopped working. I got the company's contact information through Amazon, and they were awesome where customer service is concerned. They sent me prompt replies, and after sending just a few photos they wanted to validate the model number, etc. they generously offered to send us out a new unit which just arrived today. This one even looks better made and we are anxious to use it. I give five stars for great customer service and the unit itself is durable and reliable.
