My German shepherds emotional support ball. Let’s be honest. If you have a working line dog like I do and they are ball motivated, then you will end up with numerous balls around your house. I was looking for one he couldn’t chew up and shred within minutes. This was it. It’s large so he can’t just swallow it. It’s well made and sturdy and my dog absolutely loves it. He literally walks around with it 24/7. Sleeps with it. The whole 9. Now the squeaker is LOUD so the moment I buy another (because we can never have too many) I immediately cut the squeaker out with a knife so I don’t have to listen to it . I have a boxer/pit bull mix who weighs about 70 lbs. He's an aggressive chewer and loves to carry his ball everywhere. After a couple of dozen Kong Squeakair balls, I got tired of having to keep balls for my dog on my Subscribe n Save list. I then went through half a dozen different "almost" indestructible balls. The solid rubber are no fun to him and all the others were destroyed within the first day he had them. Until this. We have now had the LARGE (about 3.5") version for 3 days, and that makes a huge difference, along with the hollow nature of this ball. The problem with the Squeakair balls is twofold. First, I was buying the regular tennis ball size and he could put them to the back of his jaw and really go to town. Second, because they were pressurized, he would then proceed to pop them in half. This was after he carefully removed the felt cover of course. He peels them like an orange. This ball is thick heavy rubber, hollow with the squeaker and a small relief hole preventing using the internal pressure to burst the ball. It bounces fairly well, and despite being a little heavy it's good for throwing. Despite his best efforts, there are very few scratches on the ball after 3 days of intense play and chewing. If there is a weak point it would be the squeaker which is inserted in the wall of the ball. He's only concentrated on it a couple of times and failed to dislodge it, but he might be able to with a concentrated effort. We'll see, and I'll update if he does. So far it's the best ball I've found. Even if he pops the squeaker out it will still be a good ball. UPDATE: Well, he finally popped the squeaker out and has chewed on the area where it came out. He's going to destroy it eventually but for now even without the squeaker he still carries it everywhere. Alas, it looks like solid rubber balls are the only thing that will last a month with him.

I have gotten these for 3 dogs and they are long lasting, bouncy and one of their favorites

We first got this ball in a gift basket and it's become my dogs favorite toy. As a younger pup (10-20lbs) , she couldn't fit the ball in her mouth but now that she's bigger (50lbs now) she has no problem fitting it in her mouth. She loves squeaking it and the size is perfect for her. She is a chewer and has eaten all her tennis ball type toys (among others). This ball took her about 6 months of really trying to chew the squeaker out (more a reflection on her as she's pretty much eaten and destroyed all her toys) . She still plays with the ball even when it doesn't squeak and it has a small hole where the squeaker used to be. We now put treats inside the ball for a small challenge for her to get them out. We've purchased a few others as replacements and will probably be buying it again in a few months as she eats the new ones.

I got this ball bc I thought it was indestructible lol my Foster dog managed to rip the sqeeky part off of the ball. The ball itself is still intact but no longer sqeeks.

This is our second ball in 2 years. Our golden got the squeaker out of the first one and we let him keep the ball without the squeaker and he has loved, chewed and carried it around without the squeaker for 2 years. Finally the rubber started to age and wear so we replaced it and he is very happy with a new one. The squeaker is still in the new one. New the ball is firm but is does soften with time and play. Great longevity. Love that he cant rip it or shred it as he has done that to other balls. This one is golden.

After much (expensive) trial and error, this is the only ball my German Shepard likes. He's actually taught himself to dribble it from his mouth while running like a professional basketball player! He has OSD (Obsessive Squeak Disorder) but since he does not have a high prey drive and squeaking makes him happy, I'm ok with it. The pandemic supply issues were a nightmare for us not being able to get him these balls and even if we did, they weren't the same. Even from chain pet stores/"authorized" JW Dealers, etc. the rubber was harder, softer, just not the same and he noticed. This ball was actually my biggest supply issue above everything else that we couldn't get. I was ecstatic to find this seller who has always been prompt and is less expensive than my local stores. The only issue is, he pops the squeaker often (due to the dog, not a product defect) and they now limit the number I can buy at once within a certain time frame but that's ok since if my guy needs these, I'm guessing other dogs do too and I'm happy that they make sure they have enough in stock for everyone. UPDATE: Still ordering these every few months. I haven't experienced item number limits/restrictions in a long time now so I order 10 at a time which lasts me 2-3 months for my shepherd. They would last way longer but my dobermans chew them up. This is still the very best ball for my large breed dogs. My ONLY wish would be that buyers could pick their own colors as my house/yard looks like a carnival with so many large multi colored balls around.

Good squeaker although the side with the squeaker is heavier than the other causing the ball to roll to one side.

My dog (Labrador) likes to play with ball very much. But problem is she always bite it while playing. Most of the balls does not resist its bite and breaks into pices within a hour or a few days. But this ball is so durable that it easily played for 5 to 6 months. It may be costly but it is durable and highly recomended.

Das absolute Lieblingsspielzeug von jedem Hund, dem ich das bisher gegeben habe. Sehr robust. Und da der Ball beim Spiel gern mal aus der Schnauze flutscht und dann hinterher gehüpft wird, hervorragende Beschäftigung während dem Alleine bleiben. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Its hard to find JW pet products in Ontario anymore. I ordered the large ball for my Collie and he loves it. It really bounces easily and has a loud squeaker so he has lots of fun with it. The ball is well made and will last a long time, any dog that likes to play fetch would love the isqueak ball and you won't waste you money on cheap tennis balls. I would not hesitate to buy more than one due to the high quality of this ball(getting another pup so I will have to order again soon).
