T-pipe, just cover the vent pipe. But bird and insect use as nest. This cover really solve that problem. I use insulation tape to give a tight grip on pipe. Product quality is good. Hope it is durable with this climate . Good product.

Quality is OK. But delivered wrong size. Ordered for 1.5 inch hole. Delivered bigger size and difficult to fix.
