I had ordered a smaller bottle first. Now I ordered a bigger bottle. It definitely helps. It is effective for few hours but doesn’t last long. But for those few hours you can do another remedy like keep drinking water or have other capsule which takes longer time for showing its effect. It will definitely do its job for few hours in an emergency.
