Is very good for my children

Rich with DHA that helps my sister focus more. Totally worth it

I selected these Omega 3 capsules over various other children's omega products because these had significantly more mg of DHA and EPA available. I really believe these helped to tame my young son's difficult phase ( between ages 4 to 6). Within a couple of months they had improved his concentration - I also saw the boost to his thinking and reasoning skills. There was a levelling out of his moods and generally they helped my son to develop the calm, sensible personality that he has now. He did complain that they taste horrible though and when added to food they were easily detected - thats a drawback but the long term benefits were definitely worthwhile.

My kid loved these, he would consider them candy which helps a lot to take a medicine which usually has very bad taste. The only thing that I didn't like but I'm not deducting stars for it because it is what it is, is that there is no "gellatin free" option, this is something which was very important for me because I know all medicine in USA which has gellatin is pig gellatin, which is not halal. just wish there was this option.
