Q: Are there holes at the top to secure to a deck? and can i use blocks underneath to support even more? Looking at 10 ft.

FACHNUO TOOL's wheelchair ramp has holes at the top to fix it on the deck. If there is a support in the middle of the wheelchair ramp, the maximum load capacity can reach 800lbs.

Hello, our product has a non-slip texture on the top and back to make sure it won't slip when you use it. It can also be used normally without being fixed to the ground with a latch.

Q: How much weight does it hold?

It easily held 400 pounds between myself, my wife and her wheelchair. It was plenty sturdy and my concern about the grip at the upper end was completely unfounded--- it never slid a centimeter from the top step.
