The product is gooood. I bought this as I am having internal heat in my head and I saw a same review hence i bought one. The product works well, it's comfortable too. Wish the coldness could last for hours but per my experience it only lasts 45 mins. But overall, i like this product.

I own three of these and gave a fourth as a gift. I don’t refrigerate them; I keep my home at about 63, and the gel is always very cold at that exposure. I own three because they stay cool for about 20 minutes—I keep them in my bedside table. Nothing works as well as vasoconstriction, compression, and nerve conduction for a migraine. These are the best, most well made and comfortable ones I’ve tried. This cap, and a dark room, are better than my prescription migraine medications. They work better and faster than either drug for me. I am using one now, so I thought I’d share my experience in hopes that it might help someone else. Apologies for the video, like I said, I’m having an attack. I think you can see how thick and heavy these are in the video. I cannot recommend them more. I suggest buying two or three of your suffer from migraines as often as I do. They’re very affordable, and you could not possibly be disappointed in the quality.

Great product. Compared to others this is excellent quality. Heavy, thick and sturdy. Nicely packaged and has helped with a migraine already.

I use this for headaches and migraines. It works very well. It stays cold for a long time and is nice and snug so doesn’t fall off even if going to sleep with it on. I think it is comfortable to wear and the light pressure it creates actually helps soothe my migraines as well. I keep it in my freezer in a ziplock bag so it has to warm up a bit before use or it’s too cold but overall this is so useful to me and I would buy another if I ever needed to.

I’ve been suffering with a migraine for most of this week and my usual medication wasn’t working . After desperately searching for an alternative to medication I came across the Halo cold cap . As soon as it arrived I popped this into the freezer for an hour , the bag was really useful to keep the cap protected whilst it was chilling . The Halo Cap is so easy to use and is excellent quality , the gel stays cold for a long time and the bag provided is handy for storage and to protect when freezing. You can wear the cap above your eyes or if you prefer to cover up your eyes to provide a dark place to ease your head . The cap is also really comfortable to sleep in and provides extra cushion support with the gel. I would definitely invest in this if you are a frequent migraine or headache sufferer. I have been suffering for years and I wish I had invested in one of these sooner !
