Ok. So we bought this to iron on name labels to our residents clothing. We needed an iron that got hot enough. I will say the heat was perfect, but when we unpackaged this iron, we all laughed at the size. So cute but so small. But all In all, it will serve its purpose.

I'm still trying to figure out what the point of this iron is. I had gotten it to use for my perler projects. As soon as it arrived I opened it to try it out.....what a jokeIt took about 15 minutes to fuse the beads together. It does not get hot. My husband could touch it with no problem.Don't waste your money on this iron.

Thought it was a joke when I opened my package and saw what looked like a doll size iron. This iron literally fits in the palm of your hand and barely gets hot, don’t waste your money on this one! Thought I was getting a good deal because all I need is a mini, however that description is far too misleading. The good thing is when I was returning it, I was given immediate credit and didn’t have to return anything.

I absolutely love my mini iron, but there are a couple things to consider before deciding on buying it. This is absolutely not a toy. It gets extremely got and when I say extremely I mean EXTREMELY. It heats up super quick, which is nice, but the not only the hot plate gets hot even the top gets hot. To explain a bit better the part I am talking about is the part right where the red light is showing; right below my hand grip. That part gets super hot so you have to make sure to only touch the handle and nothing else. You can definitely feel the heat from it so that's scary. I don't recommend this iron for anybody with normal or larger hands because I have super small hands and they are able to grip it perfectly without touching that bottom with my grip, but a hand that is any larger and you'd get burnt. Another thing that I see as a con is that the cord is super short so I do have to unfortunately use an extension cord with it, but a pro is that it does have a turn on and off switch on the cord which is nice. It is also great for small places or even a small desk. I like being able to take it out whenever I need to iron something small and it does a great job ironing. So long story short I love it, but only recommend for small handed people and beware of extreme heat on top.

I gave over all 2 stars because the cord wld not stay plugged into the the iron... it was annoying to have to hold that and try to work at the same time
