Works as good as biotene for moisturizing but still works as a good mouthwash. And has flouride. I need to use mouth moisturizer because I use a CPAP, and this helps with dry mouth. Normally you are told to use biotene, but biotene is moisturizing only. This is also a decent mouthwash and has flouride and can be cheaper than biotene. I just wish it was available in more places or the same as biotene.

Love this rinse for dry mouth, it's not mouthwash but it helps with dry mouth syndrome, keeps your mouth from feeling dry . You can also use lozenges made by Act and what's great about each the rinse and the lozengers, they are sugar free

Diagnosed with Sjorgren's Syndrome (dry eye & dry mouth), I found this product did not work for me.
