My 80 year husband broke his right great toe and elected not to have it evaluated by medical personnel. It swelled > 50% of its normal size and, obviously was very painful. He later found out it was a very severe break. Needless to say, with no treatment except occasional ice, the toe has never returned to its normal size and it impinged on the second toe as there was not enough space for the two toes. The clear rubber device proved itself to be just the right size to separate the toes and eliminate the discomfort. It was a toe saver for him!

well this is gross but I have a bunion in the early stages. basically your big toe kind of detaches and the tendon moves to a new spot and the big toe wants to grow at a 45 degree angle towards your other toes. This leads to a ton of pain and also your feet can't hold your weight correctly so you get ankle pain as well. It sucks especially if your main workout is running. Anyway, this is a soft gel-like rubber separator that you wear on your middle toe that puts a soft block between your big toe and the others. this slight reposition alleviates the pain of your toe growing in the wrong direction. My podiatrist said this was a waste of time since the bunion is a long term thing you can't change unless through surgery but I decided to try it anyway and it has really helped with the pain, to the point where I barely notice it. the silicon or whatever it is is so soft that you never feel it even if you wear it all the time. Its obviously a little gross so be sure to wash it, but if you have bunion discomfort this is amazing. The only thing I would change is to make the big one even thicker, since I would like even more separation

Good to keep your toes separated. Very comfortable and fits well. Good value for the money. Recommend using this at night when you sleep. It's hard and uncomfortable if you put them on to start your day, these take up room in your shoes, making it uncomfortable.

They hurt my toes. Too bulky.
