I use these hangers for storing firefighter turnout gear. One hanger will hold a coat without bending to the weight. Will also hold coat w/pants but might bend over time. I initially thought the wire gauge wasn't sufficient, but they are holding up without issue. Would purchase again.

I bought these to use in our travel trailer. Their security feature works great. I had to take the closet rod apart to get the hangers off. Probably work fine for their intended purpose.

I bought a wall shelf to use for extra hanging storage in rental condo. I put the hangers on the bar and assembled the shelf. The hangers cannot be removed from the bar and make a wonderful addition for renters.

Bought these to use in our travel trailer as regular hangers fall off the bar when traveling. These don't! Best price I found on Amazon.
