Great chair! My son loves it and he spends plenty of time in it. Lol!

We bought this chair less than a year ago, and this is the condition that it’s in. It started falling apart in 4 months, and we placed a warranty claim to which they replaced a couple parts. This did not fix the issue, and the chair continued to degrade. It has been 5 months since then, and the chair is unusable. The vinyl material of the chair is completely peeling and falling off, an arm has fallen down, the padding is completely flat, if you lean back in it, it just falls over. We emailed customer support about these continuing issues, and they told us they’d be sending us a new chair and to confirm our address, then a day later they went back on that and told us that they actually would not as we had already placed a warranty claim! Overall very disappointed in our experience with this company, don’t waste your money and time dealing with this company. I know we never will again, and will definitely let friends and family know not to order from them!

Great chair, at a great price. It was easy to put together and looks great. The material is easy to clean and it fits perfectly at my daughter's desk. She says it's very comfortable and offers good back support.

My son is a competitive gamer, and his 1 complaint is that all the chairs we have bought him are extremely uncomfortable during long sessions. I did a ton of research and ended up purchasing this chair. The build quality is the best I’ve seen, the fabric, ease of assembly and value for the money are second to none. The ability to tilt, and be comfortable at every angle is a huge plus. 6 months later and my son still hasn’t complained once about this chair.
