I have the worst cramps and pop midol and pamprin like tic-tacs and still suffer in pain, I bought these after a desperate "natural remedies for cramps" search, I was so skeptical when I got them and seen I had to take 5 of what looked like the little balls that come in shoe boxes and purses to keep moisture out, gave it a shot, and fell in love! These work so amazingly well!!

This was so great for regulating and strengthening labor contractions. It works really well, a good remedy to have in your bag in case needed. It worked over night for me, from taking the pellets as directed in the bottle. I am so glad I had this!!

I used this for when I was in labour to help "speed" things along. How do you know if it worked? Well, you really don't. Except my last three pregnancies I was in labour for 12-15 hours before I transitioned for the final hard labour of 2-3 hours. This time, I was in labour a total of 6 3/4 hours, from beginning to end. I took it every hour, alternating with Arnica montana on the half hour. *Make sure you take Arnica montana 200c during labour and especially afterward. I never felt like I even had a baby- no bruising, no swelling, pain level was zero!

I take meds daily for leg pain and migraines. These are by far my new go to. I am so thankful to have found them.

Used this to help my labor and delivery... Compared to my first 19 hour labor, it was so much easier. Dilated to 8cm at home without feeling the need to go in, it all would have been textbook if it weren't for a crooked head in the birth canal... So 3 hours of pushing in different positions finally did the trick. Also, took Cimicifuga 200c and Arnica Montana 200c in addition every hour.. Would never ever labor again without a full stock of all three!
