Stretched to the limit, it is 40 inches. It fits comfortably at 38 inches. It isn't too tight in the thigh, which can happen with jammers. I am satisfied with it.

My waist is 28''. I ordered a 「Speedo Men's Swimsuit Jammer ProLT Solid Size 30」but the real waist size is 24''. It was too tight to put on. Then I required a replacement order for size 34. This time I am lucky that I have found the right waist size 28''. It is just nice and fit me. Also the swimsuit has high quality and design.After shopping, I felt that Speedo Swimsuit has very confused sizing. The people just don't know how to choose the correct size to fit them. So the market should setup their own sizing guideline to help the customers to make their decisions. For example: Size 30 equal 24'' waist; Size 32 equal 26'' waist; Size 34 equal 28'' waist; etc. Hope my experience can help someone.Update: I've been wearing it every day for a month. I'm still very satisfied. I believe it will be durable because the quality is really good. Thanks a lot to Amazon's free returns and exchanges service that allowed me to find the right size without extra cost.

I would have given it a 5 except the actual size was not accurate. Usually I wear a 33 waist for all of my shorts and pants and I ordered the 34 and its so tight it feels like it's going to split open.

I swim laps 2-4 times a week year around. In June 2018 I bought a Speedo Endurance jammer suit. It was manufactured in China and served me well for over four years, being swapped out every other swim with TYR suits. I finally decided it was time to retire it and purchased this suit at the end of September. The Amazon advertisement for the suit said it was Speedo and manufactured in China so I trusted that it would be a good replacement.But boy was I wrong, this is the worst suit I have ever owned. Between Covid and the holidays I only used it 8-10 times. When I took it off the last time I could see straight through the suit as shown in the photos. You can also see a string which is from the stitching coming off. When I look a look at the label to take photos for this review I saw that the suit was manufactured in Sri Lanka, not China as represented on the Amazon site.Since it was too late to return the suit I chalked it up to just been a bad batch and no real fault of Speedo for selling an inferior product. Since I had had such good fortune with the Chinese Speedo Endurance+ I ordered another this week after verifying on the Amazon site that it was actually manufactured in China. When it was delivered I first looked at the tag (which will be in my next review) which read the country of orgin was not China but was rather made in Sri Lanka. I returned it to Amazon this morning.There should be more than a 30 day period at Amazon to return shoddy and falsely advertised items.
