Great product
Works great especially as I don’t have a lot of light where my gate is I don’t have to see any numbers to turn or find key hole

Not sure yet!
May be sending this back, doesn’t appear to hold it’s charge and got locked out the other day! This was after showing a full charge, 4 lights, 24 hours earlier! Had to get a neighbour with a power bank to put a charge into the padlock before I could open the thing. Very disappointed as it’s a nice, sturdy lock.

Can't recognise fingerprint
App does not recognise any of my fingerprints when trying to register, I've tried every single finger about 10 times, completely useless lock now I have a brick

Description regarding 6 month charge time is dishonest
The lock holds a charge for up to 4 weeks without usage. Really disappointed and feel deceived by what is said about a 6 month charge in the description. A total waste of money!

Only works for 2 months
First winter frost the finger print function stopped working. Their customer service isn’t answering my emails. Waste of mony

Fantastic for the first 3 days then failed to open
Fantastic concept, ideal as my daughter forgets keys. But failed to respond to either of our prints luckily we were locked in not out and I could open the lock by plugging it into the mains. Can’t trust it not to happen again, so a return it is.

Great idea, unfortunately does not work
Great idea, but unfortunately does not work.The battery dies after a few days, and very difficult to get the padlock to recognise a fingerprint when it's wet.I really wanted this to work
