Worth every penny!
They work great, I had about 35 different network cables to connect. And they were awesome.

Full-featured punchdown tool
This punchdown tool works well for CAT5 cable installation. It creates a safe punchdown connection, crops the wire neatly and fits the tight blade pitch encountered in the usual network connectors. The punch head has safe and controllable spring action and features alignment guides that assure straight positioning of the wires in the connector. Easy to use (if you know what you are doing - if not, check out the guides on using a punchdown tool on the web). A very handy quality tool for a reasonable price, highly recommended.

Good value for the price
This tool works excellent for its intended use, however that will not work on the larger diameter wires that are used in a buried underground installation, Steve

Broke after 14 wires
I used it on 14 wires before one of the screws fell out. Do not buy this

Didn't last long
It worked okay while it lasted. I only had 25 runs to punch down but about half way I noticed it wasn't working too well. I discovered that the screws that hold it together came loose. Unfortunately, it allowed some internals to come apart and I couldn't get it back together so in the trash it went and I finished the job using my trusty 110 tool. I suppose if i would have checked the screws before starting the job, it may still be working.

Price is Right, Tool Works Well
If you do nothing but install CAT5 for a living, you may choose to pony up a bit more for a fancier tool. But it did the job for me spectacularly well. It not only worked, but it also was easy to use as a novice and worked the first time -- unlike some other fancy products designed to not need a punch tool. It is very worth it to purchase punch-down dependent hardware along with this tool.

Tool works to satisfaction.
I used this tool for punching cat6 cables on krone type blocks. I had no problems with this tool, it punched down the cables clean and secure. Would recommend this tool to co-workers.
