Comfortable and lightweight. The perfect holiday shoe.
Perfect summer shoes. Even better as more comfortable than the alpargatas you buy in Argentina also, unlike the standard alpargatas or espadrilles, they don't shrink in the wash. You can dress them up or down so the same shoe can go to the beach or to a restaurant or bar. The sole has good grip and appears durable. I like them so much that when Amazon told me they were reduced down to £19 I bought a second pair that I will keep for when the first pair gets too worn out or to get them out next summer!

Everyone loves a tom tan
Comfy shoe, not really in fashion but as a 40 year old man with 2 kids I wouldn't say I'm a trend setter so its not something i care about. As comfy as they always are, great shoe especially for holidays where space is expensive in a suitcase, they squash really well

Comfortable but some drawbacks
Comfortable for indoor use but can’t imagine them lasting long for outdoor use. The fabric marks easily and is difficult to keep clean over time. They are nice to wear but have drawbacks over time
