This thing rocks
The media could not be loaded. Works great. Install wasn't too hard to do. For warranty purposes you will want the charging of the system to be done by a local HVAC guy but the rest can be done pretty easily yourself. I poured a cement slab for my outside unit to sit on. I did not do a dry pour as I have seen so many negative reviews on dry pour so I did it the normal way. Doesn't really add much time to the project to mix the concrete yourself

Perfect for Bedroom
Installed this myself and was straightforward. Unit works great and is super quiet inside and outside.

Quite and cost effective AC
Was an easy install , runs great , so quite and I love to walk by it outside on Eco mode and it is running just fast enough to hold the indoor temp, not wide open sucking power and money like my central ducted system. These guys did there homework, the mounts to the main unit, the built in balance lift point, level for the mount. Brackets to hold the covers open you need to access. There engineers though of all the things that you ask “ if they would have done this it would be so helpful “ these folks did think of it and incorporated them. Well built , cost to run is a 1/3 of my ducted system or less. Cools great , looking forward to winter to test the heating.

Heavy Unit but Easy Installation
The system was delivered on a pallet in a semi-truck. The truck was unable to traverse a narrow steep road to my driveway. I had to meet them up the hill using my small trailer (I expected that before they arrived).Unit is heavy so have someone available to help move it into place (I used a good dolly).Packaging was a little beat up, but inside unit had no damage.I was replacing an older unit, so it was somewhat "Plug-and-Play".Very quite (inside and outside).Happy with the system so far.

Well built and works great
I now have 2 senville units, the 24000 btu aura and this 9000 btu model. The 24000 I've had for a couple of years and it's worked amazingly well. Performs great even at temps below 0 degrees and cools effortlessly even with temps around 100 degrees. This unit seems no different so far and after switching to these from my old ac my electric bill is significantly less. Both units have really solid build quality and hopefully last a long time. These come packaged well on a pallet and installation isn't too difficult although it helps to have a background in mechanical and electrical work as well as being hvac certified. Installation took about 5 to 6 hours and that includes vacuuming the lines out and checking for leaks. These are also incredibly quiet for how well the perform. All in all I'm very satisfied so far with these units and would buy more if I needed to.

Great AC Unit at a great price
Easy to install. Works well and is power efficient. Be sure to size the unit appropriately for the room size.

A little confusion
I give the unit 5 stars, the instructions 3. I have a 32x50 shop building with vinyl insulation that has been partitioned into 1/2 shop and 1/2 game room with 2x4 wall that only goes up as high as the 12’ side walls and has an open doorway. It is 105 here in Oklahoma and the Aura 33k btu is keeping the game room around 76 (that’s what I set the thermostat) and enough air is getting through to the shop to keep it 82 or so. I am very surprised at how much air it moves. Since it is a single source and blows in a straight line there are pockets of the game room that are warmer. I used an oscillating fan to help circulate a little better.FYI install was easy but instructions could have been better. I was sent the wrong control wire, they sent 14/2 and I needed 14/3. They had the new wire to me in 2 days. They also sent 24/3 signal wire. This was not needed for this unit which was confusing. Install took about 4/5 hours. For the install I needed 100’ of 12/2 romex, 10’ of 1/2” flex conduit and fittings, double pole 20 amp breaker, vacuum pump w/ 410a fittings, 3” knockout, a flare tool (i cut lines to fit), hanging brackets for compressor and basic hand tools.

great unit but
works flawlessly seems to blow more heat than my 25 btu propane stove,, but this is not a do it yourselfinstall besides having the the vac pump ,manifold set etc, you need the knowledge to install properly, and have a licenced techniction to vac down system presure check, and release R10 refigerent. good idea to keep your warrantee and for insurance purposes, and the longevity of your system, im impressed so farthis 33000 btu artic version , blows heat like crazy,. hope it keeps doin that when the cold weather hitshere in ontario canada

Great unit very happy so far.
I bought the aura model because of the higher seer rating and because it will provide heat down to -30. So far I couldn’t be happier, it’s doing everything is supposed to do, it’s keeping my workshop nice and warm. November was a reasonably warm month where I’m located so it’s perhaps not the best test but my electric bill was only about $20 higher than normal with this unit keeping my 16 x 20‘ workshop at 60°. Temperature dipped down to 12° below during that time. It had no trouble at all. The only negative I have is that it doesn’t seem possible to set the temperature at less than 60° because it’s a workshop and sometimes I don’t go out there for two or three days I would like the ability to turn it down to somewhere around 45°. I specifically bought this model with Alexa so that I could control the shop from the house. I thought I’d be able to turn it down and then turn it up before I went out there. But as long as the electric bill doesn’t increase $40 a month I guess it really doesn’t matter . I’m really pleased with the Seville brand the first one I bought has been working flawlessly for six years. Both came extremely well packaged with very clear instructions, installation was a breeze. I was able to do everything myself as in the actual start up, I got a HVAC technician to do the start up for warranty purposes. He only charged me $160. And commented that the unit seem to be extremely well-built.

This thing keeps my workshop comfortable
First it was easy to install if you've done this kind of thing before. You'll need a vacuum pump with gauges and a set of hoses, plus a shraeder adapter to connect the hose to the minisplit. You'll also want some pump oil for the pump. Everything else you need for a basic install is included in this kit outside of tools to drive bolts, drill holes, etc.Performance is incredible. 210sqft shop from 28 C down to 22.5 in 10-15 minutes. Make sure your space is insulated and this won't have to run very long at all to maintain temps.i was worried about the possible noise from the fan and compressor outside, but honestly, it's dead quiet. You have to put your head right up close to the unit to hear it running. There's just comparison to the super loud traditional fan units of central AC.This is far and away the best shop upgrade I have ever made, and in the dead of winter or the sweltering summer, it's the most valuable tool in the place. Without it, the space wouldn't be usable most of the year.

Very decent. I’m a tech.
As a HVAC tech, I can get these cheaper on Amazon than local wholesalers. These are exact same as some other more expensive brands. Has to be a factory, somewhere, turning out these units for several companies. This one (9000 aurora series) out performs my 5 year old 12000 comfortaire units. For the money, I think this is currently the best deal you can get.
