Ulu W/ Birch Handle

My mother had a stroke and cannot use one of her hands. I bought her a ULU. She loves it. She has a cutting board that’s made for her and this is the only knife she can use to cut with. She’s pretty independent so this is very helpful!

Very well constructed and very sharp. Good for slicing small food items such as fruit and cheese.

Best food cutting knife I've had yet... Cuts my cook prepping time in half for sure. Once you buy and use you will want another one right away!

I love my Ulu! I always thought they were an interesting looking knife. I bought one for myself for Christmas and I love it. It fits my hand and I love the rocking motion I can use for cutting things up. It does clean cuts from edge to edge. So far the blade has stayed sharp with all the cutting I have done. It was a good buy.

I first bought this type of Ulu knife when up in Anchorage as a travel momento----thought that it was cool looking sitting next to the Ulu bowl. Once I came home, I tried using it for chopped salad, cutting up chicken, etc. This is the primary knife we use now. Always sharp. Bought this second one so that I'm not always washing the knife between the different items I'm cutting up. Great buy!

The knife product was great. The holder was very small and did not match the aesthetics of the knife.Otherwise, it would be a 5-star review.

I grew up in Alaska and knew the value of the Ulu. Mine was packed away in storage somewhere. I missed my Ulu. This one was sharp and ready to use.Tom, Retired in Florida
