IAt first I did not like this product I have hair loss and when I applied it to my scalp it was not what I expected the granuols felt rough on my skin , As I massaged it gently they dissolved and my scalp began to feel really clean and the odd feeling soon disapaited . I My scalp gets irritated easily. I noticed the irritation had gone after using this product I also use all nattural Amish soap no chemicals I scrub my scalp with the soap after using this product , My scalp is so clean and feels so much better now. Great products I would buy again . Amish soap bars are also on Amazon.

Works exactly 💯 as it claims, and I like it! IMHO a little pricey, though, which price may be the ONLY holdup in buying again. Plus, it becomes difficult to squeeze out of the bottle after awhile which, for a tube, I found strange. Initially, it squeezed out with ease and, then, I eventually have to really wrestle with the squeeze bottle, ironically. I'll have to cut ✂️ open the container to access the rest. There's still about 1/3 remaining in the tube. Its viscosity may have thickened, seems. Even with the cap well sealed. This said, its an effective product. If you can access it after the first few uses. I have very fine and short hair and I've to use a lot! Far more than any other hair product I've ever bought. So a lot of money for a little product. Product effectiveness is 5 stars even though packaging has a few glitches and in spite of needing lots of the product, just to evenly distribute and work in. The latter along with the glitches for the cost are barrier, NOT incentivizing to buy continuously. Collectively, it may be too high maintenance for the price. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 = actual product effectiveness, only ( does what it claims! )

I LOVE the product! I love what it did and it smells amazing. The tube is a problem. It just burst. I wasn't even rough with it. It wasn't clogged. I didn't have to squeeze or pound. The end opposite the lid just opened. The product was all over my bath and was wasted. It's a good product but not worth the money for only two usages. I would buy it again if I wasn't upset over wasting my money. Edited: I am adding stars to my review because when I left it I was offered a refund. I do like the product and the customer service seems to be top-notch.

UPDATE: Company messaged me after my original three star review and sent me a new scrub. Amazing customer service, and this new lid works. Thank you so much, Puracy! I’ve only used this scrub once so far, but it made my scalp feel great. The lid to the container, though, has broken so it will not close right. I will continue to use it, but I hope the company makes a better container for their product.

The tube popped open at the crimped end and the snap down lid does not stay closed. I love the shampoo, it feels great on my scalp, but the packaging ruins the product.

I love this product. I use it to not only exfoliate my shaved head, but it also serves as an excellent face exfoliator as well. I am very pleased with the results I am getting with a healthier, clearer complexion.

I received this product and when I open the shipping bag, it was all over the inside of the envelope. OK, I understand that but when you keep it in your shower, it is just so hard to close the lid and if you drop it, it pops open, and so therefore you will have scrub all Over your shower. If they fix the lid and packaging, it would be awesome.

Bottle exploded. Product can’t even come out of the tube because the consistency is terrible. What a waste of money!!!

This product does not help manage dandruff at all. I would not recommend if you’re using it for that exact purpose.

I used this faithfully, following all the directions for the entire bottle use but I didn't see any noticeable difference in my scalp. Am disappointed but would be open to trying again for the price.
