I’ve been having some lymphatic issues and I found that dry brushing my body might help so I researched a good brush and came across this one. I was a little nervous that the bristles would be too firm and would hurt my skin, but I was surprised that the bristles on this brush are super soft. The quality is excellent. It’s the perfect size to hold in your hand and to get places like under your neck without hurting. I have used this a couple of times and I can honestly say I really think that it’s helping drain my lymphatic system. I also noticed when I circle rub the brush along my varicose veins on my legs, The veins get lighter. So there must be some very good things about dry brushing! Everyone should try to add this to their skin care routine!

This brush smooths the skin and is not harsh..a great idea to use before bathing or showering.

I’ve really been enjoying this Kitsch Dry Brushing Body Brush. I can’t say for sure if it’s doing anything for lymphatic drainage (I’m not a doctor!), but I can say that it makes my skin feel noticeably softer and smoother after I use it.The bristles are soft enough to be gentle, but still effective at exfoliating without irritation. It’s just the right level of firmness—not scratchy, but not too soft either. The handle is easy to hold, and the overall design feels well made and comfortable to use.I’ve started using it before my showers and it’s become a relaxing little ritual that makes me feel like I’m taking better care of myself. Definitely five stars for how good it makes my skin feel!

If you need a dry brush simply m for the routine, but not for the best exfoliating purposes I can see how this could be used daily & possibly soften your skin over time. My legs are so dry that this is not firm enough to change them. It’s like rubbing a soft cloth over them. It’s fine for the chest & arms. Very light weight. Nicely built. I’ll try a Sisal Bristle brush for exfoliating. But this feels nice just to have in a routine

It’s a process that promotes circulation, gentle exfoliation, and lymphatic draining. An added plus is cellulite reduction (works best with daily exercise and a nutritional lifestyle). Cellulite reduction may happen over time with consistent, daily use. This brush is soft but firm enough and will not injure your skin. I love it.

This brush is great! I have very sensitive skin, so traditional dry brushes leave my scratched up, red, and uncomfortable. This brush is soft enough that I’m about to finally dry brush with no discomfort!

I’ve never dry brushed before but I heard it was good for removing dead skin. They were correct.Apparently, I shed because oh my god, after a few passes it was brushing away SO much skin. It even helped me gently remove peeling skin from a sun burn!The brush has a shape that’s comfortable to hold and a secure hand strap, making it really easy to use, and the bristles are stiff enough to remove skin, but soft enough not to irritate.So far I haven’t noticed any of the bristles falling out which was something that seemed to be a concern with other products of the same type.

Brush was soft and gentle on skin. Serves its purpose. Hand strap very loose.
