Excellent foot pegs
These pegs are great. I have them on my 2012 Raider with a Lindby bar. They have a crazy amount of adjustments to accommodate any rider or any bike. The fit and finish are beautiful and they are heavy duty. I did experience a slight problem with the pegs wanting to rotate while riding, a problem experienced by other riders. The tolerances on the pegs are perfect in fitting the crash bar but there is not enough friction between the two chrome surfaces to prevent rotation. I solved this problem by cutting a section of duct tape to fit around the crash bar. Problem solved. When the pegs are tightened down no more rotation. 2 wraps of duct tape was too thick and the pegs wouldn't fit. One wrap did the job.

Great price, looks like high-end units, careful skippy
Good solid build and paint. Was easy to install after it took half the day to find the right position. @#$& OCD! I had to line the inside of the openings with a piece of small, thin sheet metal because the first time I took a ride and hit a bump...yup, they came loose. Skippy got too excited when I put these on and didn't stress test it first. Almost took a dive onto the highway after hitting the Mount Everest of bumps at 70 MPH. Bad Skippy. Oh yeah, be sure to use the blue Loctite on the big hex screw (see pic). The angel hair sized hex screws for the peg vertical / horizontal adjustment are worthless but, no big deal to me.

They're Pretty Good
2007 Yamaha V Star 1300 with Lindby Unibar.Bought these as an upgrade from the cheaper ones that came on the old crashbar. I changed to the better bars after a lowside and these are definitely more comfortable. Instead of having your legs locked at the knees reaching for the pegs, its more relaxed, bent at the knees comfort for the ride. Easier on the back for bumps and stability. They are straight forward to install, make sure to have a rachet and metric Allen socket for ideal installation. Some assembly is required, it comes in individually wrapped parts to keep them from getting scuffed and scratched. But once put together, it's rubber in clamp, clamp around bars, pin with bolt, adjust left to right, adjust up and down, tighten the absolute crap out of them. I checked the instructions several times for a torque spec and didn't see one, but if there is ANY slack in it, they'll move with any weight on them. Also, I measured my in and out from my motor mounts to made sure they were evenly spaced. They can interfere with you controls if not spaced correctly. But, once installed and set, they look nice below my Kuryakyn ISO grips.Only complaint is that it's all chrome except for one part and that's the flat spring on the peg that keeps it sprug down. It's made of steel and rusts immediately. Since it's a moving part, painting doesn't help. It should be stainless steel or aluminum.

Not the quality I expected
What I wanted was footpegs that could be folded up and out of the way or pressed down to freeway riding position, and keep that position firmly. They do neither. They look great and hold onto the crash bars if you cinch it down super tight. They won't move up and down but they'll still spin around the crashbar if you push firmly. I had a hard time with the leaf springs that are supposed to hold the footpad in flipped up or "down to ride" position. Trying to keep them in place while I threaded the footpeg into it took a long time. The footpad simply wouldn't hold in the place I wanted. If I folded them up they fell down. I think the design is bad. theres some screws that are suppose to hold it in place once you get the position right but if you screw in too tight it lifts the pad slightly. Finally, the screws that hold the pedal on unscrewed during a ride and the pedal fell off and the teeny tiny screw that holds the pedal on the swingarm was lost as well.

Good/Bad at the Same Time
First off, the quality of the metal and hardware seems good. Everything felt sturdy and the pegs were nicely made. However, that's where the good ends. The problems with this item all revolve around how it mounts to your crash bars. For starters, the clamp is not circular, which causes a minimal amount of surface area to make contact with your bars. Second, the interior of the clamp is perfectly smooth. This is very problematic as it causes to arm to slide and swing around regardless of how tight you put it on. They should have a rubber coating on the inside to create more friction and prevent sliding. Also they should correct the shape so that more of the clamp is making contact with the crash bar. This is a potentially unsafe item as it could slide while you are riding, causing you to lose your footing at crash, or it could swing into your tire and make contact with it at speed.

Greatness
One of the standout features of these footpegs is the comfort they provide. The angled design allows for better ergonomics and reduces fatigue during long rides. The rubberized surface of the footpegs offers excellent grip, ensuring that my feet stay in place even during bumpy rides or wet conditions.

Matched Floorboards
Matched original floorboards. Fairly easy to install. Did not come with instructions. Comes with 4 pieces of clear vinyl, 2 thick and 2 thin. You have to wrap a piece of vinyl around the crash bar under the peg clamp in order for them to tighten down enough so they don't slip. Mine would not tighten up without it. I used 1 thick under each clamp.
