This is a great product. Our dog had been getting in the trash and now she is unable to open the lid. Amazing at keeping her out. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to open the lid myself if my hands are full due to the device sticking and not popping open when the buttons are squeezed but I still love the device for being for the ability to keep our dog out of the trash.

Use these suckers to hold the lid of my crummy washing machine. 2 years old machine and lid won't take down without these fasteners and they hold up well. Still holding tight through hundreds of loads

This does not work my dog keeps getting into the garbage he proceeded to rip the sticky part off of trashcan. And no, he’s not a big dog. He’s a dachshund.

Unfortunately, these didn't work for my dog. She was able to chew right through them on the first use and break right into the trash. If your dog isn't a chewer, the actual hold is pretty good, but the strap was too easy for her to get through. Back to the drawing board.

I ordered this to keep my dog from nosing the trash can lid up. It works great. The adhesive has stuck strong after long use.
