Rubbish!!
I purchased this product and the hot tub kept going down, so obviously had a small puncture in it. Returned the whole thing and ordered another one, it came quickly enough and worked great for the first few times. However whilst putting it on to heat the pump just stopped working, and just would’ve start again. No output at all. Contacted the company who were less then helpful, 1 message again kept transferring my complaint to other departments. With no resolution at all. Have returned the product again. My advice….DO NOT BUY.

Don't buy this one .
Very poor customer service . Useless top cover that collects rain 6 inches deep . I had to send the whole thing back because they couldn't provide me with a replacement heater unit because mine was faulty . Sent me a return label expecting me to pay the postage! !!!!

Read the other reviews - wish I had. Amazon as always excellent on return
Wish I had read the reviews before. I usually do. Easy set up and nice looking SPA. Issue is the heater as other reviews does not work. Phoned manufacturer as directed on support but told me speak with Amazon. Which I did who were as always excellent and pick up and return arranged.

Hot tub looks great when set up but disappointed didn't work
Bought as a present friend set it up wouldn't heat up no return flow unit not working for a new product you'd think it be tested at factory. Waiting on reply for replacement

I purchased this item on the 26/724 Worked well for a day or so since then I can't get the temperature above 19 degrees

Pump doesn’t work and the hot tub doesn’t heat up not worth the money tried to email over it and they was rude and said there’s nothing more they can do

So I bought this relax4life inflatable hot by cosway well never again will I by anythjnk from them I got it all out set it up and it didn't even heat up jets work filter works I think but nooo heat wast of time I've box it back up to send back for a refund I think iam gonna try my luck with the bestway lazy spa Miami I thinks u have to pay delivery fee but fingers crossed it will work
