Incredibly helpful for people like me, who are over 200lbs, have overpronation and whom don't stand straight. I found that I would stand with my ankle bent (like I was close to rolling my ankle). This helped with that. I also have low arches and this helps my feet from hurting for 6+ hours of standing on my feet at work.

I wish I had purchased these insoles sooner! They were super easy to insert into my shoes and have stayed perfectly positioned throughout months of use. Walking and running feel so much more comfortable now—no more sore feet at the end of the day. Plus, they even add a little bit of height, which is a nice bonus! These kind of work. My feet still hurt after a long day. They fit perfectly in my shoes but it makes my shoes super tight and leaves my feet swollen. The pain relief is slightly better than nothing. Maybe I just need to buy new shoes.

They are comfortable as far as the walking part, but they are very tall in heel. This causes two problems in dress shoes. One, they lift your heel too much so the shoe becomes like a flip-flop, Also this increases the tension on the top of your foot. In addition when you put your foot inside, because of the tight squeeze, it pulls your socks very tight against your toes. This eventually creates holes in your socks, and is uncomfortable. So you should only buy these if you have plenty of space in your shoe.

I have been wearing the wrong shoe size for years (too small) and recently got my foot scanned and found out that I overpronate. I have flat feet so I have always veered away from arch support because orthotics typically hurt my feet. These feel really great and are more so there to help stabilize your ankle. Yes, it will be uncomfortable at first because you will be using your foot/ankle complex in a way you haven’t been, but you will be in alignment. I purchased custom insoles at a national running company chain for $150 and returned them because these offer more stabilizing ankle support. I highly recommend these.
