Work great
Bought these for my son's washer. He was not able to use the washer cause the clothes would throw it off balance. After installing these he said it was like a brand new machine

Easy install 20 minutes / Samsung washer fixed
Update- they last two weeks. Read the other reviews. Junk. Amazon please do something about thisRepairman said it would cost him $700 to do it, and suggested I do it myself. So glad he did. This is a simple fix. Took me 20 minutes. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do it. Getting the top of washer off of the hardest thing. Product seems to be quality but only time will tell. All I can say is that the UL unbalanced issued is solved for $40!Seller also reached out to make sure everything was in order. Always appreciate when suppliers do that!

Perfect Replacement
These fit perfectly and fixed my issue. Cheaper than OEM parts and seem decent quality. Our Samsung washer was getting unbalanced and erroring and stopping constantly. I read that if you push down on the tub and it bounces more than once, these need replaced. I did the test and it bounced a little more than once so it was a bit confusing since they still felt tight doing this test. After replacing these we haven't had any issue being unbalanced. When I did the test again, you can really tell the difference. It comes right back up for the one "bounce" and it feels more solid. Pulled the back panel and the top, pulled out the old, in with the new, and put it all back together. Easy install, less than an hour.

This is the solution
UPDATE - Supports lasted about 4 months. Starting to get the out of balance errors again with mismatched loads of clothes. Drum bounces when pushed down from the top, too. Going to have to find another replacement set. These ARE NOT high quality or "upgraded" as advertised. My Samsung washing machine started going unbalanced often during the spin cycle. It wouldn't matter if it was a large load of towels or a small load of five or six undershirts. It progressed to the point where it was incapable of completing a load of laundry. Then, it would go into the refill and respin attempts. This is a common issue with the Samsung topload machines as I found through some Internet research. My machine was about three years old, which I am finding is the life span of the supports. Replacing these posts solved the problem. My drum barely even deviates now during the spin cycle. Installation is a breeze. The hardest part is getting the machine open and supported so you can work on it. Don't forget the white lithium grease to lubricate the contact points.

Super cheap and easy fix for washer
My washer was constantly unbalancing, wasting water and never completing a cycle. I had a repair tech come by who diagnosed the worn out shocks and said replacement + labor would be $500 and for only a few hundred more i might as well buy a new washer. which makes no sense, it was only 2.5 years old.Went and bought these based on his diagnosis, watched a youtube video and installed myself. Fairly easy to do, some models make it easier than others and in the end i wish i had just removed the back plate at the beginning because it made installing the back two shocks easier in the end.Important tip, use disposable gloves or some kind of papertowel or plastic when grabbing the old shocks out and installing the new ones. the lubrication on them is weirdly sticky and hard to remove. be careful not touch the shocks to anything when you take them out cuz the sticky stuff will get on random surfaces kind of easy.

Don't waste your time. These are nowhere near good!!!
I have bought two sets of these and both have gone out in less than a year each. The first set lasted maybe 6 months or so. The second set lasted even less than that before the machine went back to showing the out of balance message after violently shaking.Do not waste your time or money grinning these as they will not last long before you need to replace them again.

Save your washing machine
My washer started spinning violently every single wash. It seemed like every load was off balance and shaking the house like a tornado was coming thru. My Samsung washer is only 2 years old but we wash 2 loads everyday. I thought for sure these springs didn’t need replaced already. After watching you tube and reading reviews I thought what the heck because I am so over this washer. I’m ready to trash it and get another one. I ordered these as a last resort. It took 20 minutes start to finish to remove the old ones and install the new. These springs Don’t come with grease and the rods are not pre greased. So order grease. It needs a thicker bearing or lithium white grease with a thick viscosity. Use rubber gloves to keep the grease off of you. I compared the new springs/rods to the old ones and I didn’t see a difference but like magic it worked. I ran an extremely large load with 6 bath towels and jeans. It spun like a brand new machine. I can’t believe it. Try this first before throwing your machine out. It’s the easiest repair I have ever done on a washer.
