These literally do their job! Yes - this works - the effect is subtle, but noticeable. Don't expect to be jumping up and down and doing cartwheels, but it was a nice little lift on a slow morning when the coffee just wasn't doing it.

I have difficulty digesting pills, but these are a SOFT GEL and EASY TO DIGEST, at least for me! I love that these help boost my energy and focus! Only wish they came in at least a 30 pill quantity since I take them daily. I noticed a difference the same day I took these and even have my significant other loving them!

They make a energy and focus chewable that works great. But this capsule formula does nothing. I bought it by mistake, and kept it until the return window ended. It's a waste of money.
