This unit works really well, I have it running on a constant cycle and brought my basement from 96 percent humidity down to the low 40's high 30s in a day or two. I have a large basement about 2500 sq ft so I will probably be adding another one to the opposite side. I hooked them up to the sump pump and they drain automatically without me having to constantly dump the bin. Would recommend 10/10

Auto defrost not working after just one year worked great for the first summer not so much right now

Has for months successfully dehumidified our garage. Easy to move and easy to empty the water collection bin.

I love this new dehumidifier. I live on an island and my backyard bumps up to a canal. If we are not careful, we do get a musty smell throughout the lower and basement levels of the home. The basement itself is quite good size (close to 2,000sq ft). It is broken up into 5 rooms. After researching specific models, we purchased this specific model because it would accommodate the size of the entire basement. We set it up, plugged in and after about 2 hours the musty smell was contained and you could literally feel the humidity leaving. I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this product.

This dehumidifier has worked really well in my basement. I thought with it’s size I was gonna have a hard time moving it around but it’s been pretty easy to put where I need it. It runs really quiet I don’t even know it’s on. It did not come with the drain hose which I think for the price it should include. All in all it’s a decent machine and I would recommend it for a large basement.

Bought this and set it up after a storm came through and water seeped into my basement. Dried my basement out in 24 hours. Definitely expensive, but you get what you pay for. This is a solid metal unit that is built to last.

awsome product.for the price it is a great deal.i have 5 antique cars in my garage an this dehumidifier is doing its job like it is suppose to...its keeping the moisture out so i would recommend this product over and over again.
