This is a great computer. I have always in the past bought Dells, but so far, this one is really very good, easy to use. Would recommend it.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a computer for a good deal. This computer stood out and I decided to buy it. It is a fast performing computer and is a great value buy. Here are some a-ha's....Pros:1) Fast performing!2) Great price3) Bottom of the computer doesn't get hot like my old ones! Stays nice and cool.4) Touch screen works pretty good. Didn't think I would use it, but it's really helpful. Especially, when scrolling through websites.5) Start-up isn't the long start-up from the past...it's pretty quick.Cons:1) The keyboard is not lighted. I didn't think this would bother me but when I'm sitting on the couch with just the TV on...it's kind of annoying not to be able to see the keys (I can type without looking but sometimes there's that one key you need to look for).2) The key board layout bit odd, you need to get adjusted to odd keyboard layout otherwise they will be lot of typo's3) The mouse track-pad makes me feel like the computer is running slow. I installed a wireless mouse and this thing works so much smoother with that!

LOVE, Love, love, this computer! Exactly as advertised. Easy to set up and use. Great price. The touch screen is amazing.

As I was very amazed with the quality/Price ratio, my speakers just became undetectable this past week. I am stating that the computer cannot detect it's own speakers that are built in. I have already ran both troubleshooters that are installed on the device. Now it doesn't even detect the issue, yet the speakers icon on the start bar, is red-exed - saying that the device cannot detect an audio device. HA! It's perfect if you like that kind of stuff. I've only had this item for about 2 months and it doesn't leave my desk!

This is by far the worst computer I've had, everything in here has glitches and is slow. I am not able to connect my xbox 360 nor ps3 controllers to it, even after doing all the updates and troubleshooting. Also the CD reader does not even work. It might have a i5 processor and good ram but what do you need all of that for if you can't even use it. save your money, don't but this product, never buying HP again in my life.

This model is an easy choice for people expecting good features with medium pricing. It does have attractive configuration but I am not happy with my purchase. I had previously purchased the same laptop but had problems with touchscreen. It was working but not very responsive. So, I returned it and got another one from a different seller. This again has come with a small stuck pixel on the top left. It is annoying to see it every time the screen has a dark background.

It is a great laptop and that is coming from a current college student. It is fast and responsive aswell as capable of runing some games and software that i need.

I ordered this as gift. Sister loves it. I am an experienced tech and this setup's price/performance is hard to beat, specially if touch screen us a must for you.
