I likes it has practically no flavor. Very easy to swallow. I put beneath my tongue for 30 secs then swallow with a drink of lemonade

It seems to have texture like fine grit. Not sure what that is.Bonus having vit K in it also.Would consider repurchase.

No taste

I had a lab work done in August and it showed slightly low for both Vitamin d3 and vitamin b12. I’ve been taking these drops almost daily together with a supplement for b12 (another brand). My doc had just ordered another lab test in November. My b12 is through the roof, my d3 is even lower than it was in August… I’ve finished 75% of the bottle that supposedly contains 250% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin d3 and my results have been worse that before starting to take this product. I am not sure if this even contains d3 at all or if’s just some diluted coconut oil at this point…

I've been taking this for a few weeks now. Its serving size isn't really clear until you read the label. It is a half of the included dropper (built into cap).It is easy to add to drinks and I don't notice it is there. At least part of it floats on top of liquids but I don't notice a taste to it. MCT oil is a popular supplement right now but I don't feel like this really has enough in it to truly make much difference. You'll take this for the D3 and K2 in it. I've heard quite a bit of good things about D3 but I don't notice much difference after taking this a few weeks. I haven't ever tested as deficient but I have shown potassium deficiency in past due to blood pressure medicines. I will continue to take this for a few months. I might notice something when I stop.

During my last visit to the dentist, I was informed that I have a "small cavity." Out of curiosity, I Googled to see if cavities could be reversed. I saw a few articles and videos that claim vitamin K12 will do the trick. I'll find out when I return to the dentist whether it has made any kind of difference in my teeth. What I do know now is that this stuff gives me a jolt of energy that lasts most of the day!The taste isn't bad. I tried adding it to my morning coffee. It seemed to strip my coffee of its taste. After that, I just use the dropper to put it under my tongue.A health-nut friend of mine told me that liquid vitamins hit the bloodstream quicker. This stuff kicks in pretty quickly. I may switch from pill form to liquid vitamins after this.
