I usually do my own oil changes and maintenance so I have been wanting a device that can do all the resets for me and this works pretty well. The first thing I will say is that the device takes a little bit of learning before you know how to properly use it. You should be aware of what you are updating before you update it to be on the safe side. The nice thing is that I can at least change my oil and turn off the oil light myself. I really hated that the most. This diagnostic scan is a good thing to have if you are wanting to know what is working properly without the need to take it to a mechanic. You can avoid some of those "diagnostic fees" to a certain extent. This device does not work on all models so make sure to check if your model is one of them. It is fairly easy to connect my car and it connects very easily without issue. I do not have to worry about needing to troubleshoot and such. This device actually has a screen and applications are already pre-installed so you do not have to worry about needing your own software. For the most part, the applications are fairly straight forward. It can take several hours to charge the device. The adapter does not require any external power. The adapter fits the most car models that I have seen. The adapter fits perfectly into the bottom left of the device screen. It is a simple press and pop out. In terms of usage, it does take some time to learn but It is easy to learn. You can connect directly via cable or wireless via bluetooth. It does have updates and even turning the device on requires an update right away. The battery last for quite sometimes and recharging can take up to five hours to work The device is pretty thick and heavy. It also made so you can hold it easily in your left hand. The grip on the left is thicker. There are no pads to this device so try not to drop it. The screen is pretty responsive. It does come with a type c cable that has a pretty thick cable. It is not nylon fiber but I do not see the device breaking. That being said, it does charge via a type c cable. The reset using this device works pretty well. I no longer have to waste time going back and forth with the dealership trying to get small things reset. I can do my own maintenance such as oil changes. For the most part, it was easier to connect the devices to this and get it to work. The screen is very prone to scratches unfortunately. The screen does not seem like gorilla glass. For the most part, it works in responsiveness. It uses it own style operating system. The device does have sound. It takes a few minutes to boot up initially. It does have internal memory for installing updates and such. Overall this diagnostic tool provides a great way to do your own diagnostics and reset. Be aware though that you should have some knowledge before doing any of this to ensure your car is properly repaired. I actually like having this to diagnose what is wrong with my car and do resets such as my tire changes and such. I can connect to my car without much trouble. The device is fairly light and the one sided grip makes it easy to hold while working on the car in your own hand. The touch screen is responsive. The internal battery last for quite sometimes without needing to be charged but you are always near a car so it is easy to plug in to charge as needed. It does take a few minutes to charge from dead to boot up so be aware of that. The carrying case is a simple bag with pockets to allow you to store the cables and plugs you need. The adapter is nicely tucked into the device so you do not have to worry about losing it. I think if you know what you are doing or want to learn, this is a great device to have for diagnosing and resetting things on your car.

I was very excited to give this to my dad as a birthday present but the thing is that theItem came damage it doesn’t charge or turn on. I literally lost the money because I live outside the us and when I order things they came through an agency I can’t send it back. So no don’t buy this crap

I like the item, but wanted the screen to be a bit bigger than it is. Nevertheless, i can diagnose my car with easy saving me lots of money and time at the garage.
