Easy way to take vitamin d and taste is good.

I really like these drops. Great and easy for kids to take. I feel like it’s a good value. I believe I am noticing I feel a bit better through the cold months when we’re not in the sun near as much to naturally get the vitamin d. Taste is pretty good.

Just had my doctor's visit today and my D levels went from 20 to 27 with one (full) dropper per day for a few months :) This is progress! She asked me to double the dose to two full droppers per day and we will re-evaluate in March. I feel REALLY good about this brand as I have tried many and this one seems to be incredibly effective compared to other brands. I also don't have to take it with food which is great because I often skip breakfast -- pills on an empty stomach don't work for me, but this liquid vitamin D3 does not pose an issue!I take this in the morning (keep it in the fridge in a small tray where I see it daily) with a sip of coffee to wash it down and it's just a part of my routine now. It's a light/clear oil with barely any flavor. Easy breezy.Suggestion for the company -- Since I will be ordering every two weeks to get enough for my new "prescription" and would LOVE to have a bulk discount for buying multiples of this formula or, a higher dose, but right now I am just very happy to have something that seems to be working!In summary, your blood work will tell you what works for you, but you need to be consistent. It takes at least 4 weeks to really see any change in your bloodwork, skin, or mood. There are SO many benefits to vitamin D, but you have to find one that is actually being absorbed. I’m surprised by the reviews that mention the taste. It tasted just like pineapple juice to me, not bitter or gross. I’m wondering if they are shaking the bottle like the directions suggest. I had to switch from a pill that had a lot of fillers and was making my stomach hurt. So far, this has been much better.

I bought this vitamin D after getting some tests done that showed low levels of vitamin D, despite it being summer and I love outdoor walks, hikes, etc. I can tell a big difference in my energy and focus while taking this! It’s easy to swallow, and the taste isn’t bad at all. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but I would still buy again.

The best vitamin D3! I dangerously low vitamin D levels. I have been taking for 8 or so months. Got my levels rechecked they are where they should be.

I’m someone who’s chronically low on vit d because of hashimotos and having no gallbladder. This product made it easy to remember to take the supplement. First taste was kind of weird because it’s mixed in an oil but it’s not horrible and there is a pleasant light pineapple taste to it as well. I will be buying again.
