First, these came across the states to get to us, and they arrived much sooner than the predicted delivery date. So 5 stars on that. We ordered two, and they came in 4 boxes. They are large, but not too heavy imo. I’m a 40 year old woman and had no issues getting them inside. They are a bit smaller than I was wanting, BUT, for the price, they are a decent size. (My fault for not measuring) They are firm and comfy, but I’m curious to see how long they will hold up. The massage is surprisingly stronger than I anticipated, and the heat works just fine if you like that kind of thing. So I give these 5 stars so far, but I’ll come back in a few months and see how I feel then, lol. Hoping they continue to impress me.It’s been over a year, and these are not the best after all. If you want cheap chairs quick, ok. But if you want for long term use, I would skip. Yes, they are still holding up, but not 100%. Arms are wearing under the fabric, and the massage discs hurt if you lay your legs on them when not in use. I am changing my rating to two stars.

Got this for an empty in my son's room and he loves it. It's on the smaller side and fits great in bedroom but still feels roomy and comfortable enough. The heat is nice. The massage is a little gimmicky as it hits pretty much everywhere except your lower back where you'd really want it. Seems well made. We are pleased so far.

The recliner was easily put together by my teen son. It has helped me on day my whole body was in pain from RA. The BEST part is their customer service! They are amazing!!! Impeccable!

This is not worth the money. Bumps everywhere, the most uncomfortable seat I have ever sat on. Tried to return it and the cost to return was exaggerated. My lost, never again will buy a recliner on line

It don't even massage you, you get more vibration then anything. It’s comfortable even though its firm

There are 4 pairs of “pucks” on the chair that vibrate. Shoulder level, lumbar, thighs, and feet. The vibration is fine. Unfortunately, the pucks are installed just under the upholstery fabric. And they’re hard. The two on the footrest are placed right where I’d like to place my legs. So, I either place my legs on the outside section of the rest, or cross my legs and rest them in the middle. Also, the description says the chair is heated. It is. In one small area at the lumbar level. I guess I was expecting more of the back and some of the seat area would be heated. The armrests have very little padding. Now I know what “over stuffed” means. I wasn’t expecting anything great at the price. I figure if it lasts me a year I’ll be happy. Just don’t be expecting a Lay-Z-Boy. Hope my review isn’t too harsh.

It is very hard for me to close but I am getting better, otherwise it is comfortable. I like everything except closing it. I was going to return it but they offered me a settlement and I took it. They were very easy to work with and prompt in responding to my emails. I would do business with them again.
