This 100% worked for me. After 7 years of non-celiac gluten intolerance (GI issues when consumed) I thought there HAD to be something out there for gluten sensitivity. I came across a Reddit post saying how this product worked for the person who posted it. So then I watched some YouTube reviews. Those convinced me to as least TRY this. I tried it over the weekend (to be close to the bathroom at all times). I took 2 pills about 5 min before I ate. and had some soup with gluten and had zero side effects after 4 hours of monitoring. The following day I took 2 before having a slice of pizza. Zero issues. Today, I had my first good sub in 7 years!!!!!! This was now 7 hours ago and I have had zero gluten symptoms. I will be buying more of this for the car, travel, luggage, etc. I'm still in shock. I feel like I've been in prison for 7 years and now have freedom.

I'm gluten and lactose intolerant and take these for both and they ACTUALLY help! It helps the pain and discomfort i think by speeding up digestion.. it's effective!

Unbelievable. It works, but I don't overdo on the gluten. I am so scared to try eating items with gluten, but I gave it a shot. One piece of pizza and two capsules, I was okay. Then I tried again, eating a thin slice of pumpkin bread and taking one capsule. I was fine. So happy. I'm not going to make it a habit, as I've been unable to eat gluten for 16 years. But I'm keeping this around for rescue when I accidentally eat gluten. I highly recommend this product.

Not sure how to feel about the spots inside the capsules….???
