Looks great when put up. Very happy with the purchase. The instructions are straight forward and easy to assemble but VERY TIME CONSUMING.The bad : the supports and instructions for supporting the light are horrible. 8 wall anchors to hold the brace up is not even close to enough support. The instructions say to contact an electrician as "additional support may be needed."

I’m in love with our new chandelier! It’s even more then what I expected! Took forever to receive but it was so worth the wait!

It took lot of time for installing it, but we love this Chandelier, very detailed packaging with utmost care. No missing parts, we got extra/additional crystal balls and rods. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to share my experience this time. Nice addition to the home for Diwali !!!

Purchased this beautiful chandelier for our high ceiling family room . The seller was very responsive with all the silly questions i had related to this. They even offered us a hanging kit that goes well with the lift we installed to hang this. Electrician doing our entire home has fixed the base.We got 2 other crystal chandeliers from other sellers for our foyer and dining and i must say this was the quickest amongst all to hang the crystals. Took 2 hrs for 4 people to hang all the crystals. Worth all the hardwork we put in .All the guests loved it when they arrived for our house warming party.
