You call the company‘s customer service and it’s a nonworking number. Their app doesn’t work correctly and it looks like it was set up in three seconds. It’s the most basic app I’ve ever seen. You login with a code that doesn’t even work. I tried it three times with three different emails

I'm using this camera to watch my dog and my babysitting grandson. First, it's very easy to set up out of the box. It connects to my internet with no problems. The picture quality is great, I have attached two images with day and night vision, much better than my old camera. The camera's rotation is great, allowing me to pan around the room. Two-way voice and motion detection settings also work well. I'm glad I chose this camera, it seems to work flawlessly whether I'm watching at home or when I'm out and need to see what the dog is doing.

I bought this for when I was not at home, I could play with my fur babies and give em treats. Worked great with the app for the first year. After that the app wouldnt connect with the app. I later found the app changed but I am unable to connect with the new app. Even tried to unbind the robot. Now it sits in a dark closet just waiting for the AI uprising to begin...

Treats don’t always come out from each segment. I use very small round treats and it will randomly not come out sometimes— I have to hit feed again until the treats come out the next segment. Also, the battery life is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Lasts a few hours at best.

The camera quality could be a little better an it takes quite a while to charge, I’ll usually charge it over night and it lasts all day so regardless it does the job. :) My dog was skeptical at first but after I spoke into it, she lays in front of it and stares for a long time.. (Actually breaks my heart a little lol) honestly for all that it offers, it’s pretty nice for the price!

At times I hear a random clicking sound and see that the device red light goes on which makes me feel uncomfortable as I feel the camera turns on by itself.I have reached out the manufacturer on this topic and they are unable to explain. I am not sure if other users have experienced the same.

The media could not be loaded. This does have good picture quality but the playback of video shows the control screen which makes no sense as to why they would do that. It does move good on carpet thanks to the size of the robot pluse the big wheels, but the rear track ball like wheel does make it drag slowly on carpet. Also same rear wheel makes this hard to control. This robot doesn't come with a charging station where it can park and charge, you have to plug it in to charge it and also need to manually turn off by pushing the button on the robot can't turn off from phone. The feeding compartment lid is magnetic so it's not gonna flop around. Setup was a pain cause instructions are not that good at explaining or it was just hard for me to understand🤷🏻‍♂️.

This is a real fun device to keep your dog(s) entertained during the day when you are out of the house for work. The dogs look forward to the robot dropping a treat . They follow it around the house as I drive it around. The camera is very good quality and lasts a full 8 hour day . The bin holds 12 treats, so you have to pace yourself during the day . Very easy to navigate and I drive it all over the house as the dogs follow it. My dogs don't seem to follow the laser pointer, I think that might work better for cats. The speaker and microphone are very good and pickup any sound and you can clearly talk to your dogs. Navigation from phone app is very easy to use. I highly recommend this pet companion.
