Work well but not for long
This was my second set of these amplifiers, the first set was brought in April 2023 and the latest set in December 2023.The reason I brought the same product is that I needed them in a hurry, to do with my work.On the first set the left ear volume went pretty quickly, you could hear sounds but they were veyr faint andn not able to define voices, the right ear carried on until December time when the earpiece refused to charge.I checked the device and cleaned everything as per troubleshoot but it made no difference.The second set brought in December 2023, on the right ear again has gone the same way, it will not hold a charge and therefore is not fit for purpose.Looking through other reviews, I can see that I am not the only one that has had this problem.It is also very sad that after several emails to the company for product support, they failed to get in contact with me.I can't recommend these amplifiers at all, at over £90 per pair I would expect a better performance and certainly better customer service!

Left one stopped working
I was excited to get this for my mom but after few months the left hearings stopped working. Not sure why and I don't know how contact the seller.I am very disappointed.

Not as expected 👎
These ain't Bluetooth as shown in on of the images, not noise cancelling and it has constantly a static sound. If a windy day it's like someone blowing down the microphone all the time. As well as it felt like my ears was blocked. I lovely idea to make them look like ear buds but better ones on the market for around the same value. I only brought these as I'm on a long waiting list to see audiologist, had a private assessment confirming I need hearing aids but can't currently afford them.

Superb hearing aid
Much happy with this product invisibility nobody knows as I am happy sometimes you may feel worried when someone see your hearing aid hanging round ur ear but with this one you can't tell its seems like Bluetooth that what every one think but glad much appreciated it to the company who made it but for amazon I thumbs up for delivery on time and I always use for amazon product on time but little concerns the amount bit high rather then that spot 😀
