Great for making yoghurt

Bought this to make l reuteri yogurt- never had made it and found a lot of comments on people having trouble getting it to turn out. I have made 7 batches and all perfect. So this must be a good quality product. I thought it was a little pricey but it only takes 1 scoop for 1/2 gallon of liquid so it will last a long time.

I started making my own yogurt and this product works great for feeding the starter bacteria. My first batch seperated but tasted fine and when I used some of the first batch as the starter for my second batch everything was fine. It dissolved easlily.

Helps my probiotics take hold and yum!

I make my own fermented dairy (Dr. Wm Davis recipe) and this will save you money over the expensive small packets of inulin blends used to augment the lactose that the bacteria feed on. It is straight chicory root powder and like all Nutricost products I have bought is good quality stuff.
