Great bug zapper!
Works great! Killed hundreds of bugs and moths within the first few days! I found an easy way to clean. It is to empty it first of all and then just use a leaf blower and this way you don’t have to fill around with the little toothbrush type attachments they give you. Very easy, but just blow it on the grass or in the garbage can.

Gets all the annoying little flies, gnats, and mosquitoes. Definitely a must buy.
The reason I purchased this product is because of all the flies and gnats I've been getting around my house and inside as well because more often than not I leave my screen door open for my dogs to come in and out easily. And being in Florida does not help one bit at all with all of it.So, when I purchased it, I was skeptical at first because I didn't want to use any repellent because of my dogs around the house, and I was afraid it might hurt them, but this bug zapper compensates for it, and it has really worked wonders. I have one outside hanging near my back door and one inside as well, close to the window. They both get all the annoying little bugs. You can certainly hear the zaps from all the way upstairs, and it's pretty satisfying, to say the least. The cleaning is easy by twisting out the bottom and dumping it in the trash can and twisting it back on. Just the downfall is that it is quite disgusting, but at least it does its job quite well. I have yet to replace the bulb because I've only had it for a couple of months, but it seems like it's lasting for a while with all the bugs that it's been zapping away. Furthermore, it is extremely quiet, you don't hear any buzzing noise like from other zappers. It's just a bulb, it attracts the flies and zaps them, and that's pretty much it. The grill around the zapper is tight, so you don't have to worry about accidentally touching the bulb as well, and it's light to carry, so you can hang it on a lot of things without worrying that it might drag down or fall.

Works great as a porch light replacement - using a inexpensive "light socket" adapter.
The media could not be loaded. No more bugs are getting into my house!! I have armed the porch light, bugs no longer sit on my porch light waiting for me to open the door and fly in, instead they now wait on the bug zapper. This accents the porch in a very dim blue. And the blue glow is plenty when trying to find the key to unlock the door.. I didn't really like having a bright LED porch light anyway, when the weather starts to get cold I'll put the bulb back, but I will be installing the bug zapper every summer! These are unbeatable for the price, I got two!! The seller even gave me a 2 year warranty upgrade. These have exceeded all of my expectation, they help eliminate the pests that live on or under my porch, and I can move them near the driveway when working on the cars and the mosquitoes sometimes will go for them!I made a video that shows some of the catches, and mosquitoes are in there!!The video shows how to put together a "light socket adapter" using parts on Amazon for installing the bug zapper by the front door using the power from a porch light socket rather than needing a outlet. And allows turning the unit on and off from the porch light switch. If targeting mosquitoes I think all bug zappers need to be placed near to the ground to actually attract them, and luckily this also makes the zapper less visible to moths. So when I'm working on the cars in the evening I hang or set one near the work area about knee level, then the mosquitoes are attracted to the CO2 from my breath and hang around the area, some will go investigate the zapper, I also must add a small drop of pure 1-Octonal attractant using a small spray bottle (also shown in the video) to bait the catch tray, not a lot is needed and the scent helps lure them to the grid.I think these are really slick, they are great functionally and have a modern appearance. I have been using them all summer and can describe them as "well built". My neighbors do not mind them at all, I think they actually prefer them!

Pretty great! Overall a recommend
Was looking for a bug zapper and my neighbor recommended a battery operated one but I wanted something that plugged in instead - and found this while looking. I have to say it works great and is a definite recommend. The only downside is the bottom opening to empty it out of dead bugs - it twists open and is relatively small so you have to tilt the unit up and shake the rest of the dead bugs out (it really should have a completely removable bottom OR the bottom should be hinged so it just completely swings open for easier cleaning). Also, I wish the cord was just a little longer so it would be easier to cable tie it to the shephards hook I have it hanging from in the yard. Two tips I'll give is use a shephards hook and put it out at least 5 feet or so from where you want to keep bugs away from - they recommend it and it really does seem to work. And get a longer brush than the one that comes with it so you can get in between the slats and get the bugs inside out.And I'll add that customer service seems pretty good - they reached out proactively to say thank you and offered an additional warranty period (and I paid for my unit - it wasn't provided in exchange for a review). Overall it seems to be working great and I'd definitely recommend it.EDIT to add: I forgot to add that it has a grounded 3-prong plug and it's apparently one of the few (a lot of others are just standard 2-prong plugs).

Works better than imagined!
I purchased this with high hopes that it would take care of our issue of flies on our patio. We live in a rural area so naturally there are quite a few flies. To my surprise, it not only dropped our fly population to near zero but also zapped so many sod web worm moths (that I didn't even know we had) down to near zero. Such a big success for such a small unit. Easy to clean also, which is really nice. I highly recommend this unit. Big bang for the buck.

Well worth the relief from them bugs!
It works! Zaps off the freaking bugs left and right. Combine it with a smart plug and have it turn on with your google home and you’ve got a solid antibug set up.
